St.Anthony's Church:

It's thought that in the place where this church now stands with his name, Santo António was born and lived for a period. He's the patron saint of Lisbon , and was also known as the patron saint of Pádua.
The church is of late Baroque origin, a temple with a single nave and two altars, and has been raised to the category of National Patrimony.
It was partially destroyed by the earthquake of 1755, and its reconstruction started 12 years later, with the demolition of the main chapel, which had remained standing, and the recuperation of the crypt, said to be the birthplace of the saint.
