Edward VII Park:
Lisbon ’s most prominent inner-city park, the Parque Eduardo VII, was opened to the public in 1902.
Named in honour of England ’s King Edward VII, it features a lakeside restaurant and a tropical greenhouse known as Estufa Fria, which houses exotic flowers, bushes, trees and cacti from every corner of the world.
With a view stretching all the way down to the River Tagus and beyond, Edward VII Park is one of the most popular spots for tourists visiting the capital.
