Cervejaria Trindade
A Lisbon classic, the most ancient and typical Portuguese "cervejaria". It occupy the dinning room of a convent built in 1283 and destroyed by the 1755 earthquake, in 1834 was rebuilt there a beer factory and 2 years after they add the Cervejaria , decorated with tiles showing a rare pictorial repertoire of freemasonry motifs, mysterious to the layman. Fine beer, good seafood but very crowded outdoors on warm days. Only Portuguese beers available. It's situated in Bairro Alto, and the building was
considered in 1997 by the Portuguese Tourism organism as having a relevant cultural and historic value.
